The Opportunity

The customer success team ensures our customers are getting the fastest return on their investment through three areas of responsibility: training, technical support and on-site implementation. This is a diverse and exciting workplace at the forefront of advanced technology with undiscovered possibilities.

In this role, you will

  • Develop training curriculum and training materials for all Virtalis products.
  • Plan and conduct the training of expert users of Virtalis products.
  • Provide prompt, professional technical support.
  • Set up and implement Virtalis software solutions at the customer site.
  • Perform field service consultancy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, remote and on-site.
  • Up- and cross-sell attach services in collaboration with sales executives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of training materials for new product releases and upgrades.
  • Maintain broad subject matter expertise of Virtual Reality, Industry acumen and customer success concepts.
  • Develop lasting relationships with our customers through community meet-ups

What we're looking for

  • Highly passionate about immersive technologies like XR, VR, AR, AV
  • At least two years of training and technical support of advanced technology software
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including ability to debug and configure Microsoft operating systems and Linux
  • Experience with commercial cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
  • A good commercial sensitivity
  • A team player, eager to invest in personal and team growth
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • This role includes domestic and international travel from time to time

Additionally, these experiences are a plus

  • You have used VR or AR devices or developed for them
  • You have worked with real-time 3D graphics, VR, AR
  • You are a PLM product user, such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill
  • You are an experienced CAD user or engineer
