Dusseldorf Steigenberger Parkhotel is the location of the German WITNESS Information Day on 25th March. Virtalis’ country manager, Michaela Dierking, will show delegates the formidable capabilities of Visionary Render for WITNESS on a Virtalis ActiveMove 3D Virtual Reality display system.
By harnessing WITNESS to Visionary Render true, immersive 3D Virtual Reality (VR) can be fully integrated with process simulation.
“The demand for process simulation has risen sharply in recent years”, Dr. Carsten Teichert, Geschäftsführer at Lanner Germany, explained. “WITNESS is a method for optimising and planning industrial processes and the equipment to be used, as well as for strategic issues. The aim of this event is therefore to present the diverse applications of WITNESS via practical examples, as well as presenting entirely new technological developments, such as Visionary Render for WITNESS”.
The WITNESS Information Day starts at 9.30 am and finishes at 4.30 p.m. “People will enjoy the immersive experience of our portable Virtual Reality (VR) system, the ActiveMove”, said Frau Dierking, “which is the most popular system in our portfolio. By harnessing WITNESS to Visionary Render, true, immersive and interactive 3D VR can be fully integrated with process simulation so that users can get inside their data and better understand it to make better decisions.”
