Virtalis UK has been awarded ISO9001:2008 accreditation, an internationally recognised quality standard.

Dave Francis, Virtalis’ quality manager, explained: “By adopting an approach that implements more efficient working practices and which focuses on our business objectives, we aim to help and support our staff, as well as improve Virtalis’ levels of customer satisfaction.

“We were assessed by the UKAS accreditation body, Centre for Assessment, and were discovered to have 0% non-conformity, which is very rare indeed. Our action plan now is to achieve the 2015 standard next year and to roll out our accreditation across our businesses around the world.”
