The primary focus of the Marketing Program Manager is to drive lead generation for Virtalis solutions across all our target audiences in our core territories of the UK, the US and DACH. This is achieved through designing and deploying a comprehensive program of online events, including webinars, industry meetups, virtual roundtables and product showcases as well as in-person events such as trade shows.
As the Marketing Program Manager, you will play a key highly-visible role in our Marketing team as we support the company’s commercial go-to-market approach. You will split your time driving the events strategy and leading the deployment of the agreed calendar, with a focus on events that contain compelling, insightful, educational and persuasive content to promote the benefits of our immersive visualisation software, 3D power walls and attached services.
You will also help to manage our Virtalis Leadership Network, which is a knowledge-sharing initiative for customers and partners to join together in working groups to help each other develop themselves and their businesses.
As a natural communicator, you’ll also be in a regular contact loop with internal teams, informing and educating about the events that are scheduled, the context, audiences, stakeholders and key messages, while also gathering input and feedback to help shape future events.
Virtalis operates in a highly promising (IDC/Gartner/Forrester) emerging market that requires a profound passion for VR/AR immersive visualisation, and as such also a love of technology and engineering and how that can bring benefits to organisations.

A master's or bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business
5+ years similar relevant experience in a marketing program or campaigns role with a proven track record of delivering increases in lead generation
Ability to build relationships and engage key stakeholders
Excellent presenting and communication skills
Excellent organisation, project management and problem solving skills
A keen eye for insight and reporting
Experience of digital marketing and automation would be an advantage
