He has been involved in all the major projects of recent years, including the work for British Nuclear Fuels plc, Sainsbury’s, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and ICI.  Richard was instrumental in the design and then implementation of the Tornado F3 ATF project (Avionics Training Facility) for RAF Marham and was involved in the management and delivery of the close-range weapons simulator for HMS Collingwood and helicopter Voice Marshalling trainers for RAF Shawbury and Valley, both projects using the latest in VR technologies.  He is also involved in VR/training systems consultancy and customer training.
