IS-900 SimTracker

The SimTracker system includes one IS-900 VWT processor, one SoniWing fixed frame and one standard wired MiniTrax Head Tracker. The SoniWing is a fixed frame that consists of 6 ultrasonic emitters that will track the volume of a standard cockpit simulator (1.5 x 1.5 x 3 m). The SoniWing does not require calibration or sighting. The SimTracker will support dual cockpit configurations by adding an additional SoniWing as well as multiple tracked stations (maximum 4). Upgrading the standard MiniTrax Head Tracker to the MiniTrax High Accuracy Head Tracker can increase angular tracking accuracy of the system as required by augmented or mixed reality applications. Wireless tracking for the MiniTrax devices can be achieved by adding on the RF Wireless Module Features: * Based on the patented IS-900 inertial/ultrasonic motion tracking system * Provides high precision, zero lag tracking performance * Tracks the volume of a standard cockpit simulator with no special sighting or calibration * Immunity against optical, magnetic and acoustic interference * Supports dual cockpit configurations with an additional SoniWing and multiple sensors * Accuracy of the system can be increased by upgrading to the MiniTrax High Accuracy Head Tracker.
