Virtalis constructed the existing building and courtyard area complete with concept designs. A large scale projection of the Business School and its concept designs was attended by the architects and Business School representatives. Flying around the building made it very apparent that a number of flaws existed with the concepts and that other ideas would have to be researched. A second phase was to examine space planning of the reclaimed area.
